"Sarah is AMAZING! There is a good deal of construction going on in the front area of the hotel and my Google maps didn't have an alternative route so Sarah talked me through it and stayed on the phone until I got there. The room was beautiful and clean, very spacious and a super comfortable bed. I was there on a work trip, so I was up early anyways, but I would not recommend it for a vacation stay since construction starts as early as 2:23am (the first time was 5am). Luckily the bed was super comfortable and I was able to fall back asleep after getting used to the sound of the construction. They have done a wonderful job keeping up with the historical aspect of the building, the marble floor is gorgeous!"
