Friendly staff and great customer service. No problems with online reservations, check-in, or check-out. We plan to stay here many more time. "

"Looks old on the outside, but decent on the inside. Area looks a little shady, but was safe. The bedding didn't appear to of been changed and there was crumbs between the couch cushions and on bedframe. Thin floors could hear the person upstairs all day/ night. Breakfast was good Great location and close to the Riverwalk. Staff is responsive. "

"Great location and cool digs! Walking distance to downtown, Alamodome, and great restaurants (La Frite, Guenther House, and Beau's Tiny Diner). We really enjoyed staying here and will gladly stay there again the next time we are in town. "

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is under going renovations for Days Inn/Baymont. Took care of our problem with air conditioning. Would stay agin. "

"HORRIBLE! Soon as we opened the door INFESTED! Even tho roaches were trying to run out of there. It was disgusting we walked right back out and demanded a refund but the staff there wants to not cooperate and keel our money!! I WANT MY REFUND!"

"I am amazed this Hotel is allowed to operate. At check-in I found the lobby to be without A/C and the clerk was plugging and unplugging while smacking the computer to make it work.I am not sure it ever worked. The Door frame to our actual room had severe rot, the table inside was a folding table, the floor was filthy and the white towels had dark stains. I went to take a shower before the concert we came there for, and when I pulled the thing to activate the shower, the faucet came shooting out...

"Roaches and dead roaches everywhere.. front door kept getting stuck. Restroom door did not close. Bed was broken. Luckily we just went to sleep"
