「This is our 2nd stay at a Placemakr facility and both have been excellent locations. San Antonio is walking distance to many things downtown (Market, historic buildings, etc). The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and the apartments are very well maintained and quiet. This is a great brand!」

「We stayed three nights. Our room was spotlessly clean, very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant is lovely and the food was great (a must is the Navajo Fry Bread!). But the staff were the most wonderful part of our experience. Special thanks to Tracy in the restaurant and Jorge in the bar for their excellent service. 」

「Beautiful hotel! From the time we arrived until leaving the staff was awesome. Martha at the front desk greeted us with a smile and was very helpful with any questions that we had. Complementary breakfast along with snacks and drinks served in the afternoon. Excellent place to stay.」

「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」
