"Amazing stay. Wonderful location. Beautiful hotel. Loved the included breakfast and kickback. Rooftop pool and whirlpools were awesome with a bonus indoor pool and hot tub. The upgraded us to a 2 room suite and it was exactly what my family needed. Can’t say enough good things! Only negative is price of valet but that’s expected in a big city. 100% recommend. "

"Room is run down and old. Light bulbs burnt out,toilet seat only held on with one bolt, hot tub wasn’t working, pool water murky, breakfast is not much and all carpet is old and very stinky. Says it’s on the river walk but not even close. You can see the river but cannot access for almost a mile. Very very misleading. "

"Woke up several times during the night because of some mechanical noise. It sounded like they were moving furniture, perhaps mechanical repairs or accommodating the weights at the him next to our room. Those noises went up the whole night. I suggest Expedia address the issue with the hotel. They also attempted to charge us for parking that was already paid. Hotel indicated they have returned the charges; but they still have not reached my credit card yet."

The valet team was welcoming and efficient, Roger at the front desk made check-in smooth and enjoyable, and Mohammed in food and beverage provided outstanding service. Room service was excellent—the food was wonderful, and the prices were very reasonable. Our suite was spacious and beautiful, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire experience felt warm, professional, and truly first-class. Everything was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
