We’d never stayed at the hotel, or in Blanco, so she took the time to orient us to the town, tell us where to go for restaurants and shopping, etc. She also made sure we knew where everything we could need was located on the property. Outstanding employee. The room itself was spacious and clean; it had all the expected amenities.」
