「Great view of the Harbour. Easy walking to the historic district trolley stopped right outside. Very friendly and helpful staff private parking lot will definitely stay there again.」

「Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled...

「Everything was great except I took a bad fall walking down the steep stairs at night and didn’t see the last step so it would have been good for the stairs to have some sort of lighting right on the steps or at the bottom to prevent falls」
