"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. "We were visiting London and this hotel was the perfect location to walk or take the Tube to see the sites and go everywhere we needed to go. The staff was friendly and offered recommendations to us. The hotel offered multiple dining outlets from a quick breakfast to a fun bar/restaurant. We were there during the World Cup and they had a great watching parties. Highly recommend!"
