「Lake Lawn has been around for well over 100 years. While the grounds are as expansive and lovely as always, major renovations have been done to the rooms, restaurant and common areas. Staff is friendly and professional from maintenance to front desk. While we went in what was the "off season" there were still enough options to make our stay worthwhile. 」

「Property is tired looking. As soon as we arrived, there was a lighting issue and our phone didn’t work to call for it. Housekeeping was right outside the room so I asked them to address it. Over the weekend, I had to ask the front desk twice to fix it and it was never done. Restaurant service was poor also. 」
