「The hotel needs some significant updates. Our room was spacious, but the furniture was dented, scratched, material peeling off the chair, and the TV hangs crooked on the wall. The bathroom is tiny. I stayed at this hotel during EAA (40 minutes away) and the price gouging was unfortunate. No elevator either. For people with luggage and a cooler for traveling, this should be a requirement for a hotel with more than 1 floor. Disappointing. 」
