「I stayed overnight for a concert at Pine Knob and it did the job, but there could be some improvements. When I checked into the room there was a distinct smell of staleness and ammonia, it was so strong I went to the front desk. Eboni offered to spray something to handle the smell. I appreciated her coming to the room to spray. The smell largely disappeared but it was still faint. I went to shower in the morning before my very early departure at 4:30am and the body wash dispenser was empty....

「Staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hallway carpeting could probably use some updating. Overall, a good stay. Property was well maintained. Convenient location」

「Brand new. Nice location. Comfy beds. We stayed one night on the 4th floor. We could not get our room to cool down. Went to front desk around 2:30 a.m. to ask about it. He did come check the thermostat. Still unsure what the problem was. Also noticed there was no gfci outlet in the bathroom. I thought that was code? I found a hair tie and a plastic yarn needle on the carpet in our room so don't know if they actually swept it. The floor just outside the elevator had crumbs or dirt or something...
