Pleasant, economical hotel with a very basic breakfast and a nice pool This area of Ann Arbor is very car-centric, but this hotel is well-situated for the pedestrian. There is a safe, though unmarked, place to cross State Street toward Briarwood Mall and Red Robin restaurant about a block north and bus stops for the lines headed to Central Campus or Ypsilanti as well. There are several restaurants within walking distance and downtown Ann Arbor is 15-20 minutes away on the bus.

The property was spotless, and the rooms were fantastic. However, I would advise travelers to be aware that they require a deposit upon check-in, in addition to the standard hotel fee. Despite this minor inconvenience, my stay was overall pleasant and enjoyable.

Very nice especially for the price. Staff was very polite and there were several breakfast options. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing was little water pressure in the shower. Everything else was great. Also, there were pics of a hot tub that's no longer there.

Bed was what I needed after driving all day. Bed was divine!! Check-in agent was not lovely. Grumbling about it being her second job. Was absolutely not aware it was Hash Bash. 💨💨💨 Wow. Easy access to Target to get the toothpaste I forgot. Never in my life have I used a yogurt squirting machine available at breakfast, interesting. There was not a single smile on any employee not one. I would return because I needed sleep and the bed was so comfortable. Peace and Love.

I could give a 10, but unfortunately there was no pressure and no hot water in the shower due to an issue, and this is a minimal you’d expect from any hotel. Other than that the hotel is very good for a budget concept.
