The woman who runs the breakfast at that hotel is phenomenal keeps it very clean well stocked is very kind and very helpful. I would give this hotel five stars. The Frontdesk staff are not always at the front desk so you kind of have to wait sometimes, but they are kind and they are helpful when you have questions. The hotel is also clean in a great area and well kept.

Title: Great Service by Sade, but Housekeeping Fell Short I had a mixed experience at this Hampton Inn. Sade at the front desk provided a wonderfully warm welcome and was incredibly accommodating, securing me an early check-in based on room availability. Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was okay. However, the major disappointment was the housekeeping in my room. The room was not properly cleaned, the garbage was left unremoved from the previous stay, and I had to physically go downstairs to request fresh towels. Despite bringing this to their attention, no discount or compensation was offered—which is frustrating since housekeeping services are baked into the overall room price. Sade's excellent service was a high point, but the lack of room preparation and failure to offer a partial refund was disappointing.
