"Two buildings with 2 SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL elevators. This time of year there are lots of families traveling with children. Some kids were unsupervised, jumped inside the elevator and put it out of service. This means that you'd have to go down the stairs with your luggage. It happens too often. Even though I really like this hotel and it's location, I won't stay there during the summer months."

"I am not sure why this property has such a high rating. The room was hot, tiny for two double beds (no desk or table in it), extremely stuffy and the a/c was poor. It seemed quite grubby and is in need of a good cleaning and paint. I tried to phone down to get an ironing board and never got a response. Although the main lobby is kept in okay condition, everything else needs sprucing up. The front desk staff were very nice but I would not recommend it. "

"!!!BED BUGS!!! Not only was the bed uncomfortable, but the shower temperature was inconsistent and would get unbearably cold and burning hot without me even having to touch the handle to change it. Me and my partner woke up to an adult bed bug crawling on the pillow between us, and they say that when you see an adult bed bug, the place has been infested for a long time!! This place has completely downgraded over the years in terms of cleanliness, comfortability, and safety! I even asked the front desk for a copy of an incident report, however, they took advantage of me and constantly steered the conversation in different directions, so I never got the incident report. The 1 good thing that they did was dry heat all of my clothing and belongings to try and make sure I didn't return home or to another hotel with the bed bugs, but they definitely didn't do a good enough job because I did anyway. Theyre sneaky as they bribed me with "free hotel stays" with credits on an app of theirs that will make you accept terms and conditions, disqualifying you to make matters right in court."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location of Seattle. Rooms were nice size, clean and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walking distance to Pikes Place and other nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would most definitely stay here again."
