Great stay.. very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast restaurant a few steps from the hotel. Expedia says that all taxes and fees were included in the price. At checkout we were charged an additional amenities fee of $20 per night. After discussing with the hotel staff, the fee was taken off of the bill.

The property is centrally located to the hospital and university as well as many restaurants, etc. There is limited parking and the slots are very small so parking was a challenge for sure.

I love how the bed is so comfortable to sleep. I was tired doing the move put in my daughter’s apartment and so I needed to find a place to rest. And I was thankful that I found this to stay and I had a good rest that I my body had so much energy to drive back home.

Very comfortable bed, nice and clean- great location and nice staff. We loved the coffee. Only thing is the bedding is very hot with no top sheet option, would be nice to have that when it’s too warm for the heavy bedding. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to the University district and the campus. Light rail access at University District station, provided quick and easy access to Seattle downtown and SEATAC. Plenty of food options on "the Ave." Ivar's North shore on Lake Union is an easy walk. Portage Bay Cafe is next door.

Very clean and decently appointed, with some fun touches. AC/Heat, TV and streaming, coffee machine, all worked well and were in good condition. All the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient to UW Medical at Montlake, and the U District in general, will book again if in the area.

you pay for it in the accessory cost, but you get a couple of free drinks, including alcoholic beverages from their refrigerator. There are cookies in the afternoon and coffee most of the time available in the lobby. There's a pool, but the water was cold (it was mid September). Overall, it was a nice hotel and convenient for us to visit our son and daughter-in-law. Although we did not have our dog with us, it was nice that they did accept dogs.

We stayed for over 10 days at the hotel with family. Very central location and close to restaurents , metro. The front desk staff were very friendly and made the stay memorable. The free water filling station was one of the best things as we could get fresh water anytime we wanted. Look forward to the next stay.
