「I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there.」

「30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice.」

「Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth.」

「Very nice hotel for price and location. My only complaint is that there is not a nightstand or even a shelf on both sides of the bed. You need this for glasses, water, phone, etc. I had to put my stuff on the floor.」

「The beds are on the soft side which I like. Breakfast was consistently good. The building is a little small, hallways tight, etc. Safe area. Doors close very loudly if you don't catch them. Crystal Beach is an easy walk. Overall, I would stay again.」
