「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」

「Hotel offers so much more than you expect」

「Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep.」
