「Perfectly located to all of the best of The Mumbles. Rooms and beds are very well appointed. Nice art on the walls. The Oyster House restaurant staff check you in and they are very helpful and easygoing.」

「All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...
