「Brief one night stay whilst we attended a concert. Brilliant location - 5 minute walk to stadium! Great pub 30 seconds away! Rooms aren’t en- suite but there are plenty of bathroom facilities in the property it wasn’t an issue. Nice basic breakfast available in the morning which was plenty of choice available.」

「Excellent hotel in the centre of brecon. While the free parking was often full the nearby paid car parks were very reasonable (4 gbp) . Lovely hosts and delicious breakfasts. 」

「I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). 」

「My husband and I spent ten days there in September 2015. The house-owner, Helen is very nice. Every day she kindly recommended some landmarks for us to visit. And she was willing to assist us. For those who are wishing to stay as a home-liked place, this hotel will be a good choice. The room was clean, there was someone responsible for cleaning your room every single day. 「What a fantastic weekend stay at The Mill at Glynhir. Our hosts Matt and Helen were so hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Though we were only there for 2 nights we felt like we had known them for years! Their attention to detail was spot on. From the miniature toiletries/dental kits etc Through to the chocolate goodie Jar. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be going back.!」
