「We went midweek in july 2025. Plenty of on street parking, with a blue badge is free. Nice shopping street, a stones throw from the sea front and beach and the station. For steam trains. 「My husband and I went for a short weekend to walk around the area….upon arrival we were greeted by Alison and made very welcome and a lovely cup of tea. 「Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . 「We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property . 「Lovely historic hotel in Lynmouth right by the water. Be aware that check-in ends at 10pm and front doors lock at 11pm, but staff are friendly and helpful if you need any accomodation around that. We called and were given instructions on how to get our keys on arrival after 10pm. As for our stay, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and lovely. The breakfast options were quite nice as well. 」
