Perfect pit stop!

A really comfortable and well appointed place to stay. Very peaceful, with excellent gardens and a fantastic view down into the valley. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, self service breakfast was great and all for an extremely reasonable price!

Plenty of room to park by the Guest House & as an occupational therapist, I was impressed that there was excellent provision for people with mobility issues in the room. It’s in a beautiful & peaceful area. Highly recommended. Da iawn!

What a lovely place to stay. Very nice garden and people. Very pretty part of town. Room was small but delightfully decorated and lovely view of garden. Had a bit of trouble working out the shower temp but eventually got it right!

Great Break

Great find, slighly off the beaten track, with great views. The bedroom and onsuite was suitable for us, and the light breakfast as ok. Plenty of restaurants in Neath and the surrounding area

Comfortable, clean and helpful hosts. Parking available. Spacious room with tea/ coffee. There’s a self serve continental breakfast. We thought there was a cooked breakfast. You can hear the other guests, ok for a short stay.

Wonderful value, friendly welcome

Really comfortable accommodation, bed, lounge and well equipped kitchen. I wish the weather had been better, the patio looked a great place to sit with a glass of wine whilst admiring the gardens. Friendly welcome. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Such a lovely place in such a beautiful setting. Owner was lovely and greeted us as we arrived. Rooms were spacious and clean. We liked that the breakfast was self serve as we were setting off early each day. Can’t wait to come back :)

Really cosy and gorgeous little cottage! Bedroom was really comfy, ceiling a little low in parts if you’re 6.4’ and above! Breakfast was a nice easy fix. The view was excellent and the shared gardens were peaceful. Lawrence was helpful and welcoming.

Quiet family weekend

A very homely cottage in a quiet setting just what we as a family wanted and got . The cottage itself had everything that you would have at home which you wouldn’t get in a hotel. Cottage had 3 bedrooms each with un suite bathrooms which certainly is helpful when everyone was getting ready to go out at the same time . We as a family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage.

Weather was surprisingly good during the visit. The lodge I booked was clean and spacious with a decking which can be accessed from sliding doors either from the living room or the bedroom. Kitchen space was good and the dinning area had a large table. Area was ideal for walks and was away from any noise . There is a nice pub at the bottom of the hill which also serves good food . Lidl is a short walk away also and the town centre is also within walking distance. Ashley who runs the accommodation was always helpful and responded with minutes to any questions I had to ask . Would highly recommend.
