Everything was fantastic. Conveniently distanced a small walk away from the central bus station, city centre and marina with great view of the beach all the way to Mumbles, even with the wet weather for April. Paul was a great host who made us feel instantly welcome. Cafe/restaurant area is fully licensed and sells locally brewed beers which is always nice. Freshly prepared, reasonably priced food too! We’re already looking at return dates in the summer

This is a gem! Room was spotless with plenty of tea, coffees etc, there was even biscuits. Plenty of hanging space. There were even a few books in case you wanted to read. Plenty of lights and plugs. The room i was in faced the beach which is quite literally across the road. There was a very comfortable chair and a little table right in front of the window, it was lovely watching the Mumbles Lighthouse at night! There was also a 2 seater sofa that doubles as another bed if needed. Opposite my room there was a kitchen with microwave and plates, fridge and utensils. There is a shop round the corner where you can buy food, drinks etc. The town centre, bus station and a huge Tesco is about a 10 minute walk away but there are also bus stops nearby. I didnt try the food as i was out from 9am to 9pm but it is vegan/vegetarian and incredibly reasonably priced. The owner carried my suitcase to the room and even checked about an hour later to make sure everything was ok and to see if i needed anything. I absolutely loved it there and can't wait to return with my daughter and granddaughter. By the way, in the cafe downstairs they have loads of board games. I have stayed in lots of hotels in swansea and elsewhere and i can honestly say this is the best hotel i have stayed in. The owner could easily charge a lot more for his rooms as he has thought of everything, it has a homely feel and incredibly fantastic value for money! See you again soon, seriously can't wait!

The host was very attentive and lovely. When we got there , he showed us around and was very welcoming. We had an issue with the toilet flushing and he came straight away to fix it for us! The place was lovely, I stayed there with two friends and there was plenty of space and was lovely and warm. Right by the seaside too which was very nice, alongside a big window facing the sea. There were shops nearby and everything else was only about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely visit again!

Cleanliness and staff super good, but felt super unsafe as a woman to arrive by myself. Streets around the property were very empty, everything super dark. Besides, got the beach view and I could hear all cars driving by on the road. To top it, some guests arrived at 3am and they woke me up because you can hear absolutely anything through those walls.

Very disappointed. The overall the environment was very unclean; the corridor, bathroom etc. We were also shocked by the fact that our bathroom did not have a door and had just a white cloth. The sink tap also lacked hot water and shower is totally unusable and dirty. Overall very unhappy with the stay and would not recommend. The overall description we were given when back okimg was not met at all when we arrived. Very

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very comfortable and clean. Tea making facilities and complimentary biscuits were in the room. It overlooked the beach.

Would definitely go again!

We had such a wonderful time and experience at this place! The room was very modern, well decorated, clean and spacious, with a good quality TV and we had some free amenities and snacks provided. There's a little kitchenette with a fridge which was helpful. The owner Paul is very friendly, he made every effort to keep us comfortable and told us to text him if there was anything at all we needed. He gave us some good recommendations of where to visit, he even opened the kitchen for us on a night the restaurant was closed. Highly recommend the pizza, made with traditional base. We had a garlic and cheese appetiser pizza, and we had to order another portion! Aswell as a large pizza. And the homemade jaffa cake! We had fun in the restaurant with some beers and using their boardgame selection. The hotel is also situated well situated, close to the beach, a short walk to the city centre. Fantastic value for money! Would definitely go back there anytime we stay in Swansea.

It was difficult when I arrived there was no one t I greet me when i got there and needed to ring a number the owner did come shortly after and was very nice. The room i had was pleasant enough i think the property is being renovated as a runner i found running along the sea front very nice.My room also was overlooking the sea front from my window.
