「非常好的酒店，就在火車旁邊，酒店房間大又清潔，職員友善也會關心客人，因為要我凌晨火車回倫敦，我check out後在酒店大堂坐了幾個鐘頭都沒有問題，亦會幫忙儲起行李。 這個價錢但結果是非常非常之好，史雲斯斯旺西推介」

「Just needed somewhere quiet to stay for myself and my partner who needed rest and recuperation, also had builders in our house, so this being a very reasonable price and not too far to travel seemed ideal....and it was. All clean, peaceful and nice. Read some reviews prior to booking and now I've been there I just think that some people leave bad reviews or complain for the sake of it or because they think they'll get something from it. It is what it advertises, it's nice, comfortable and clean....

「The hotel is in beautiful grounds, and the hotel was beautiful if you like the old style buildings! The room was beautiful and modern with walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable! All the staff were very polite, and very helpful. I visited with my grandson and he loved it too. We enjoyed the facilities, the food was wonderful. Will definitely visit again!」
