"Old hotel. Run down Needs ALOT of updating. Very few amenities if any at all. I must say it is very convenient to the cruise port and airport. "

"Its a good enough stay for a night or two. It could use some updates but for the price, it was good. Location is great, central enough for getting around to all the best places in Tampa. I would stay again. It was too cold for pool time and it was under construction so we didn't check it out."

"This property is so lovely however for the price of the rooms the bed waas extrememly uncomfortable and very worn on one side sagging in the middle. Also the overhead light flashed on and off all night evey few minutes. Aside from the the rooms are very pretty and so is the lobby, wouldve been nice if there was backgropund music on in the lobby/bar area though itys extrememly quiet."

"Nice kitchen, no wine opener though. The location is great. Solid gym on the property. Parking is a problem especially if you're coming back late, no assigned parking, you've gotta look around for a spot and may have to park along curbs risking being towed although that didn't happen. The apartment floors were dirty "

"So, read the fine print. It’s clear. I’m. It used to checking out at 10AM; I’m Not used to taking my own garbage out. And I am definitely Not used to removing my own bed sheets! I don’t clean when I’m on vacation. It did have two full baths & kitchen well appointed. "
