"The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was well kept. The only issue we had was at check-in at 4:30 our room still was not ready so it was 5 before we were able to go to our room."

"Staff confused me for someone else saying I didn’t pay that was honestly embarrassing like I didn’t have the money also gave me the wrong room n keys at that everything was wrong for check in waited so long when I was told a couple minutes then tried saying they were looking for me we made eye contact a couple times but other then dat rest off staff was great "

"Nice room and hotel. The elevator was always quick. The free breakfast was good. Very short walk to the beach. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice and not too crowded. There's so much to walk to near the room, so I parked the car for a couple of days. Staff was always kind. The only con to being placed on the 10th floor is the loud hum of the HVAC on the roof. It was helpful to drown out any hallway noise at night, but caused me to listen to the TV in the bedroom louder during the day. The wifi was good, however, the tv in the living room often lost signal and reconnected after a minute or so. Overall, great relaxing trip for me. I people watched from my balcony and listened to the waves crashing which I enjoy. I'd stay here again if I were to return to VA beach. "
