「The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop.」

「Should have read the reviews more closely. Room smelled even though it was non smoking. Shower head barely worked. Only pics online was the rooms which looked clean, but not welcoming once you arrive. Place is out of the way. Only positive thing I can say it was cheap.」

「When we arrived the front desk person wasn’t there he was actually outside smoking a cigarette and we didn’t know he was front desk because he was dressed like a homeless man. When we finally did get the room there was dirty sheets on the bed and no bed protectors on the bed and there was mold on the walls. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty!!!! 「This was a nightmare. There’s no hot tub although it says it is. You can see where they used to have one but it’s closed down. They also hold $100 on a card for incidentals although all hotels don’t. They serve breakfast 6am - 9am although other hotels serve breakfast until 10am with fresh fruits available throughout the day and evening. Highs of 90+ degrees and the staff member wouldn’t give a complimentary water bottle unless you were an ihg member although other hotels don’t mind. The room...

Then after cleaning the room she only made the beds, then had to get wash clothes and towels after waiting, look under the beds and it was trash under both beds.」
