The associate that checked us in was very helpful and polite. However, so many things were broken, not working and overall not safe. The handle walking into the hot tub was incredibly wobbly and unsafe for anyone using young or old, there’s problems with the door entry fobs. It took us about 10-20 swipes to get into our room every time and the attendant/associate was having a difficult time with the master key getting into the pool area. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet, which was nice. Thank you.

The staff was great. The place is dirty. Old. Nasty. The room keys did not work. Every time we left our room we could not get back in. We wasted so much time struggling with the door and returning to guess services for assistance. Just horrible. The bed mattress was old and worn out, we sunk into the middle of the bed and it was a very uncomfortable 2 nights. Again the staff was good but sadly cannot recommend this location

Contrary to some other reviews they had solid breakfast options and the room was clean and quiet, good soundproofing. Only slight downer was that during checkin had to wait for over 10 minutes for staff, but other then that it was a good stay.

The staff was friendly and check in was good. The room door had been previously broken and not fixed very well. Unsafe in my opinion. Overall not a terrible stay as the room was clean.
