「We were going for a quick trip of 2 nights. The quality of the hotel is good but it could be great with some attention to detail. The location in Chesapeake was perfect for our plans. The room was very big and the staff was very friendly and helpful, exhibiting all the southern charm you could want. We enjoyed the variety of the foods available for breakfast. The pool was out of order and the ice machine on our floor was broken. In our room, the flooring in the bathroom was uneven, there...

「The hotel has rules that guests sign and it make it a quiet hotel. The room we were in needs a new bathroom. The shower floor bounces which means moves up and down with weight. Water seems out and floor tiles are cracking. We told the front desk. Parking lot configuration not the best. Parking spaces short closest to the building. The 1 night stay was comfortable. The refrigerator froze my fruit. Carpet appeared new. I would stay again.」

「Breakfast staff cut corners with various aspects of food delivery and presentation. Ex: 1) The lids for hot food dishes would not stay up to place food on ones plate. I was at your hotel for a week. It was on the third day i realized the box supporting the heaters could be moved 1/2" allowing space for the hot plate lids could open and stay open as designed. 2) when hot omelets we brought out, the entire fresh batch of omlets was dumped into the existing pan... 」

「Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough."」
