I booked a non-smoking king bed, I got a heavy heavy smoked room. I asked the desk clerk to move me to a nonsmoking room. He told me that there would be a $15 dollar deposit, I asked him to give me the king nonsmoking room. He moved us to another room which was worse and AC sounded like a plane taking off. I was not able to sleep at all. There were people smoking right outside the rooms. It was horrible, I was tempted to leave the room in the middle of night and go home, but I was 3 and half hours away. So we decided to stay.

My bathroom mirror was shattered on bottom left. The shower towels and wash rags that were provided had holes in them. The peep hole on front door had a tissue stiffed inside of it because it was shattered previously. I will never book another room at this location.

We expect a full refund on this property. We didn't stay there fifteen minutes. Cockroaches in the rooms; blood stains on the floor. Situated between a strip club and a tattoo place. UNSFAE for anyone to stay here!!

Worst stay ever. Room was filthy, towels were dirty and stained. Shower had hair all over the toilet and tub. Room smelled very foul. Staff was extremely rude. This hotel does not provide breakfast even though it says it does online. There is even a sign in the lobby that says breakfast from 7am-10am. When asking and literally pointing to the sign I was answered with an attitude stating “why would we provide breakfast?” You shouldn’t advertise breakfast if it’s not included. Worst of all there was constant fighting and yelling and police are there 24/7 banging on everyone’s doors. If I can rate it a 0 I would. I would never return

The only positive on this stay was the price. At check-in, the desk clerk said it was their policy to charge an additional $12 fee, despite the listing on Expedia saying all fees were included. The room was barely adequate. The mirror had a large crack, the bathtub had black splatters of some kind on it, and there weren't enough pillows. At check-out, the day clerk today us she'd been there for a year and they had never had breakfast, despite what the listing said on Expedia and signage in the lobby. Literally stay anyway else.

Roaches everywhere, had to go buy spray, smelled like a pot party had been in that room, had to buy odoban, shower would not drain, light in vanity area only half lit, no grab n go as advertised. October visit was great, much nicer clean room, this room was not good at all. Already paid as a package so did not try to change things. Will have to pick another place to stay on my next trip.
