"The room was rundown. The shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port was wonderful. I am still bothered because we were told when we checked in at 830 at night through the virtual check-in that breakfast was 630-930. I asked the guy three times because I couldn't hear him due to the sound from the band. When we went to get food before our shuttle arrived, we were told that breakfast ended at 9 am due to a Gun Show. I brought up that we were told that breakfast ended at 930 by their employee, and the guy just said they put up papers in the office earlier announcing this. They let us into the breakfast area to get some cereal (no milk). They said there was nothing they could do. We had to doordash our breakfast due to their mistake. My wife also ordered a bottle of wine. The guy said he needed to scan it again, and she said it already went through. He said that it didn't, and she had to scan it again. My wife said he was on his phone and not paying attention. We noticed on our credit card bill that we were double-charged for the bottle. In long, we had some issues that I am assuming are just random. This is a great place to stop to go to a cruise, but it is certainly not a nice hotel. "
