The dining area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff continuously refilled the food items without delay. This is probably my 40th hotel stay in the United States, and I can confidently say this has been one of the best experiences in terms of overall service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a great start to the day. Also they had a huge parking lot and the location is close to lots of eateries. Ideal for people who are planning to visit Hershey park."

"My picky wife loved this hotel for being clean. I liked that the front desk operator was the friendliest EVER. And that there were so many towels in our bathroom that we didn’t have to ration them out like at most hotels. 100% would stay here again. Oh and I like how the ice buckets are at the ice machine. No need to go to my room, down to the machine and back. Can just grab what I need there. It’s the little things. Right?"

"Wonderful stay second time visiting in the summer . The property is very clean and housekeeping does a wonderful job with the clean rooms which is makes for a relaxing vacation . Everyone is so friendly . The resort is an amazing especially for families . The amenities are wonderful to keep them busy . It really feels like a vacation away from home . The food is mediocre but so convenient but so reasonable . But i recommend venturing out to nearby restaurants as well . There’s also a diner coffee and co literally 2min away . Lancaster is so beautiful it’s worth venturing out . Thank Eden for a great stay keep up the good work ."

"The pool was a mixture between cholorne, salt, and sweat. And also dirty. Bathrooms were to small. Hot tub was nice only thing is kids shouldn’t be able to go in under 12. There was 4 kids that kept jumping into the hot tub. There were no towels in the pool area. Other then these things it was fine."
