「Dirty,loud in lobby all night. TV didn't work with no one to help. Go closer into Nashville. I will never recommend this hotel!!」

「The breakfast was your average meal. Wasn’t many choices to choose between. Our room was clean. The only thing is the floors could have been cleaned up more. You can tell in the areas they wasn’t cleaned. The bath tub had a slow drain on our second night. Overall our stay was nice and would come back again. 」

「Did not get the room we paid for! Booked king bed with adjoining room suite but were not provided one. Staff did not apologize or try to make it right. Said we should have contacted them to make sure we got what we paid for. Will never book again with IHG or Expedia!」

「My husband and I stayed at the property. Parking was easy and safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated with a nice modern shower. The staff was available by text. The common areas (we didn't use because we were visiting family not far from the property) included a large kitchen, big screen theater room with 8 recliners and a living room area. Over all our stay was enjoyable for the amount of time we spent there for sleeping. 」

「After changing room as refrigerator didn’t work, next room was fine. Breakfast bar, juice machine didn't work, ants all over the counter 」
