「This was probably the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival we were sent to a room and when we walked in the smell of urine was overwhelming. We had requested a room switch. The front desk was very understanding and switched our room to the last room on the first floor— right next to the side door. We walked in the room and turned to lock the door to realize the security lock was ripped right off. I was traveling alone with my younger brother and didn’t feel comfortable so...

「Checking in was fine, walking into the room the first thing you smell was musty cigerettes. Supposed to be non smoking room. Room not real clean, bathroom had hair on floor near tub. Went to wash my face and found hair (small hair) on the wash cloth. I put my food in fridge for the night to eat the next day, fridge froze the food that was not to be frozen. Including my drinks.
