「clean room and friendly staff」

「Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. 「Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!」

「Pros: Entrance was nice, room spacious, bed looked neat. Staff was polite and professional. Fridge nice. Cons: Hallway walls were in disrepair and dirty. There was a clump of someone’s hair clippings and crud on the ice bucket, sink dirty, bathtub lining cracked, appearance of soap scum ring, entrance light out, exhaust fan not functioning, 1/2 of outlet in bathroom not working.
