"We booked a room with a king size bed. All king size rooms have outside entrances. Wasn't great, but was clean. Staff was not super friendly. 2nd night we returned to our room to find water coming in under the wall, floor was wet. They moved us to another room, which, of course involved packing, moving and unpacking at 11:30 at night. I expected a refund of some sort. At checkout, I was told that they would talk to manager and let me know. Said they'd call me in about an hour. Never called. Bad customer service. Won't got here again and won't recommend to others either."

"We were so pleased with our stay. The hotel staff worked extra hard to get breakfast out early since so many of us were staying for a tournament. Hailey at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The pool was clean and staff worked extremely hard to turnover the dirty rooms quickly. Extremely pleased with our stay. "

"We originally booked a 3-night stay but ended up checking out after the second night because our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the room with a kitchen, since eating out is not an option for me. Unfortunately, the “kitchen” was completely unusable—it had no pots, plates, utensils, or even a single spoon. It was essentially empty. To make matters worse, the room didn’t have a bathroom sink, which meant we had to use the kitchen sink just to brush our teeth. That setup was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. There were also only three outlets available in the entire room, so we had to unplug lamps just to charge our phones and other devices. Another major reason we booked this hotel was the included breakfast, again to avoid eating out. However, the breakfast was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of the variety shown in the pictures, there were only a few hard, stale biscuits with gravy. It was extremely disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations at all, and we would not return or recommend it."

"This hotel was such a good experience for our big family! We have 5 kids and it was great to have an option where we could all fit in one two bedroom suite. The breakfast was made and served with love and actually tasted pretty good! I believe there are renovations planned and they would be beneficial, but we had a great experience here!"
