「Happy hour was great. When you stay in Kentucky Drury hotels be prepared to pay for your drinks per person. Yes. Only a dollar per drink …. But this is a law in KY only. They informed us at check in. I had no problem with this …. Just want others to be informed ahead of time. The food was great for both happy hour and breakfast. My negative is the dirty dirty carpet and the trash outside the entrance of the hotel. I would love to give this hotel another chance. Just hoping they clean...

「We recently stayed at Everhome Suites Bowling Green and had a great experience. The hotel is very new, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making for a relaxing stay. The only drawback were the pillows, very flat and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or needs we had. It's refreshing to find a hotel where both the property and customer service exceed expectations....

「In our first room, the toilet didn’t flush. In our second room, the bathroom sink didn’t drain. We were charged $8 to park when the hotel is in the suburbs and under construction so there weren’t many cars. Crazy!」

「I reserved and paid for my non refundable room through Expedia with the assurance of NO additional fees When I arrive the rudest man informed me I would need to produce a credit card for an additional charge of $50 that I would get refunded upon departure . I questions the attendant , I relayed that I was assured no charges would be required . He provided vague and inconsistent or reasonable answers . Quite frankly that is why I use expedia , to avoid providing my information to potential...
