「Upon arrival at the front desk for check-in it was unsettling/disturbing because it was to close to a community area and very loud when occupied. Font desk staff lied to me, I ask for a room on the second floor. He said they were putting me on the fourth floor because a high school level basketball team was mainly on the second floor, it would be quieter. Went to my room on the fourth and there were basketball players just across and up and down the floor. After entering the room, first had...

「I’m pretty sure the room wasn’t cleaned at all prior. For $30 more just go to bowling green and get a room. The electric tape held the shower head today and lamp cord/lights. But the long black human hair was EVERYWHERE! I should have requested a refund but at least other people know now. 」

「Room was overall clean, bathroom average clean, no hot water in morning to take showers, repair of previous water damage in bathroom not repaired well. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Desk staff okay. 」

Credit card machine not working, so had to pay in cash, but he gave us a small discount for the trouble. No lamps bedside—only light was a very bright light above the bed, which caused a glare on the TV. No Kleenex.」

「There were no towels in our room and when we went to ask for some at the front desk they did not have any. We had to go to the pool and grab some of their towels. Room was okay, a bit dirty in the shower. Very loud kids on our floor running up and down the hall yelling until about 10pm. Wouldn't stay here again.」
