「Check-in and check-out process was easy. Staff was friendly. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but parking was easy and it was a short drive to surrounding cities and Mammoth Cave National Park. It was a great budget place to shower and sleep after a long day of hiking and exploring.」

「We booked last minute late at night after the our first accommodations were less than desirable and we were greeted and checked in promptly with great compassion. We travel with a service dog and everything was perfect. Breakfast was busy with lots of spring break travelers but they did a great job keeping up with cleaning and refilling the breakfast station. Overall very friendly and accommodating.」

「Pros…bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, pool was ok, hot tub needs resurfacing, breakfast was nice. Cons…mold on the bathroom and on the window, room was very dirty, hallways smelled bad, flooring was coming up in hall, elevator, and room, towel bars and toilet paper holder rusted. I can’t believe Wyndham has their name on this place. We won’t use this hotel again.」

「Door didn't latch to our room unless you slammed it shut. Felt like you were going to rip the plumbing out of the shower when trying to turn on the shower. Had to ask the front desk how to turn on the shower. Water didn't get very hot for the shower. 」

「Great room set up for family of 6 in the 2 bedroom suite. Great free hot breakfast. Stayed here for our mammoth caves visit. Perfect! 」

「Very clean and new but we cut our stay short because the pillows were so tiny and not comfy and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were only 2 each of bowls, plates, spoons, forks etc. The dishwasher and fridge were full size, but we would have to run the dishwasher after every snack or meal. They provided dishwasher tablets and no dish soap so handwashing a couple of items wasn’t possible. There were apsi only 3 towels provided for our king room with a 3 night stay for 2 guests. It’s...

「The toilet tank did not fill properly. I told them about it, and they said yes room 111 has an issue with the toilet. No maintenance on hand to fix it. I had to use a 5 gallon bucket that I had to flush toilet. And yet they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for our 7.5 pound toy poodle that basically drank their water. UNBELIEVABLE !!! I would not recommend staying there. Bad customer service.」
