「The check in staff and the breakfast staff were amazingly kind and professional. Breakfast bar was complete with pizza, quiche, waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, bagels, muffins and toast. My kiddos favorite was the parfait bar! The room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was the pool was empty and closed. We didn't stay long enough to use it but I only book hotels with pools for my kids in case we need to burn energy.」

「We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Its clean and well run. This time, we had a toilet that didn't operate properly and there wasn't staff on site to fix it over the holiday weekend. They moved us to a different room for the remaining nights. Staff is very accomodating.」

However, the sheets were rough and I was never able to sink the television to my phone or IPad. I tried over and over again following all the instructions. I gave up after trying for over 20 minutes. 「I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available.
