「Elevator was broken when we arrived. They only had one. Had to climb to the 4th floor with luggage. Room was not super clean, moved an ottoman and there was all kinds of trash and food underneath. Pillows are horrible, might as well not even have them. Had to go buy our own pillows. 」

「I’m pretty sure the room wasn’t cleaned at all prior. For $30 more just go to bowling green and get a room. The electric tape held the shower head today and lamp cord/lights. But the long black human hair was EVERYWHERE! I should have requested a refund but at least other people know now. 」

「This property pays attention to small details to ensure a comfortable relaxed stay. There were ear plugs and slippers provided, and the owner personally made a fresh pot of coffee to order for us. Small touches like books to read, original artwork, and coffee mugs with the hotel’s name emblazoned on them makes their guests feel at home. Highly recommended!」

「The check-in lady was amazing but then the following night guest were loud in the lobby. There was a lady standing in the lobby with marijuana. Upon checkout the front desk staff yelled at my family and asked if we were stealing their pillows because we brought extra pillows from home and were just simply walking out. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend. 」
