「Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only issues were that the room could have used more towels, and the shower pressure was a little too strong for our preference. Other than that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.」

「The room was nice and clean. Breakfast area had variety of items. Fresh fruit was available to mix with yogurt. Also scrambled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. The staff was very friendly and great options for local restaurants instead of chain restaurants in the area. Convenient location. Very easy to find. Unfortunately, the only unfavorable comment was pool was under construction and not available. I just wish I was informed prior to booking my reservation.」

「The room wasn’t very clean. The carpet had several places that looked like it had not been vacuumed (dirt, etc on carpet). The bedding had stains on the comforter. Breakfast is very limited. Great location, but I’d skip staying here next time.」

「Accessible room shower was broken and changed me to a standard room without notification. As a wheelchair user this is not possible. Ended up having to stay in thr accessible room with no water. Was charged for two nights at full price even though I did not stay thr second night and had requested a refund」

「People moving furniture above my room woke us all up at midnight. Could not go back to sleep. Quiet time starts at 10. Don't all a whole family to check in and midnight and rearrange furniture for 45 minutes. Then started again in the morning woke up to moving furniture again. Called front desk and complained. Worst stay at a hotel that i have ever had as far as noise.」

「Our room was very clean and bed were pretty comfortable. The problem with our room is that it was very hot. I only slept about three hours because I was burning up. We set the thermostat to 68, because the 70 it said it was on felt much much hotter. At 2:30am, we woke up sweating and tried turning it down to 65, but it was reading that the temperature was 71. It felt more like 74-75, which is very hot when you’re sharing the bed with someone. Staff were friendly enough, but the front desk staff...
