「By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. 「Our room was very clean and bed were pretty comfortable. The problem with our room is that it was very hot. I only slept about three hours because I was burning up. We set the thermostat to 68, because the 70 it said it was on felt much much hotter. At 2:30am, we woke up sweating and tried turning it down to 65, but it was reading that the temperature was 71. It felt more like 74-75, which is very hot when you’re sharing the bed with someone. Staff were friendly enough, but the front desk staff...
