「Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain. The bathroom walls had splatter from the toilet. The ceilings looked like it had mold growing on it. Would not...

「The bed was so soft that you sunk in and was difficult to move around in. The check in staff was playing games on his phone and too busy to check me in upon arrival.」

I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!」

「A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. 」

「The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see. 」

「Parking was easy and it was pet friendly, but the walls were nasty. The shower was nasty. There was burning marks on the sheet. There was mold on the ceiling above the toilet.」

I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold. 」
