It served it purpose for us. They are updating the property and the rooms right now, Furniture was in the lobby and hallways because they were replacing and upgrading. The pool is covered and enclosed so it was cold and the hot tub was out of order. Staff was pleasant enough and helpful. I can brag on the breakfast, a good bit to choose from and it was well prepared. Over all for the price it was a good place to stay

The whole main level smelled of sewage. Because of construction and updating of the rooms, there was debris and furniture all over the hall way. The closet door required a magazine under it to remain closed. There was no cold water - only hot. The outside of the property needs landscaping help as it looks like it is in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Also, they evicted me and my SERVICE DOG because they did not believe that he was service. The check in staff on that day was wonderful. The rest of the staff was rude and totally unhelpful. I will NEVER stay at another Comfort Inn. The Fairfield around the corner from this one was very accommodating and got us in right away with very early checkin to assist us in our time of need. Stay there instead - we'll worth the couple extra bucks.

Well rented a with two double queen double beds nice clean rooms went to get into the hot tub and pool the hot tub was broken down and the pool like 30 degrees I went to the desk complained about it so they told me they would put me in another room Saturday, where there is a hot tub in the room and the pool will be warm Saturday Saturday comes. They gave me keys to the room so we went out to eat and do some things and come back when we changed our rooms. We decide to go to the pool just to check it. See if it was warm and we dip hands and feet and it felt like it was warm. What side wasn’t gonna get in the pool that night the hot tub in your room so Sunday comes we decide we’re gonna get in the pool we got in the pool. It was so cold. We had to get back out. We told One the workers. The pool was still cold. They say we they would tell the one at works on it. I spent 445.97 because we wanted to go in the pool and hot tub this the only vacation I will get for a while don’t get me wrong the girls that clean they keep the rooms really clean and nice but we did find a roach in our room Saturday night my sister in law killed if get another chance to go to another hotel it want be comforts suites hotel yes small hot tub in the was ok but we was looking forward to the big hot tub by the pool and too uses the pool they should have gave me half of my money back the breakfast wasn’t good I couldn’t eat half of it because I was allergic to it
