Upon entering the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was easy and pleasant. I could feel the southern hospitality. The place smelled and looked new or remodeled. When we entered the room, it was spacious and clean. The pool was great and easy to access. The workout room had a ton of great equipment, more than most places. The breakfast was better than most with a lot of space to sit and lots of food choices. They had a nice gazebo outside if you just wanted to sit or to use if you’re a smoker. The premises were clean and felt safe. The bed was very comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great, it was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Overall if was a great stay. I only have one thing that did bother me, the floors in the room were quite dirty. However, giving them the benefit of the doubt, our room was on the main floor. Our socks were filthy though, and I used a wet wipe on the floor and it came back black. I’d recommend bringing house shoes or flip flops to wear. I normally do, and forgot to pack them. I’m a bit of a clean freak though so maybe this wouldn’t bother everyone. I’d definitely recommend a deep clean of the floors though because whatever is being used isn’t working very well and I say this out of love! God bless you all, great staff!! We would definitely return, and recommend to others.

The sofa bed was broken, but replaced quickly. Still, it was an extremely uncomfortable pull out trundle design that kept spreading apart during the night. Everything else was okay - just more run down that I expected for the price.

Over all the hotel is ok! Smells a little of mildew. The pool if you want to swim the pool is FREEZING and asked the front desk if they can maybe make it warmer twice we stayed 2 nights and no such luck

The check-in lady was amazing but then the following night guest were loud in the lobby. There was a lady standing in the lobby with marijuana. Upon checkout the front desk staff yelled at my family and asked if we were stealing their pillows because we brought extra pillows from home and were just simply walking out. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend.

There were no towels in our room and when we went to ask for some at the front desk they did not have any. We had to go to the pool and grab some of their towels. Room was okay, a bit dirty in the shower. Very loud kids on our floor running up and down the hall yelling until about 10pm. Wouldn't stay here again.

I was not happy with my family's stay at this hotel. I booked it due to great reviews & seemingly new hotel, but it was deceiving. Our room was not clean, plus other things. The "pull out bed" was disgusting, white and brown stains. Our bed sheets had small hairs on them and stains. The wall had dirty, drippy stuff running down by the window. Lastly, there was no hot water. Our room came with only 2 towels and 2 wash rags. I went to request more towels around 9pm, and was told to come back in an hour...we had just got to the room from our soccer tournament. It was then we discovered the dirty sleeping conditions. I put a blanket they gave us over the pull out bed & said I'd address it with the front desk and Expedia. I went back down at 10pm to get towels (at this point I had 2 kids fall asleep on top of the beds). I let the front desk know of the dirty beds and she said she could inspect the room and possibly move us, but that there were no more towels. She offered me hand towels. My husband is 6'2", what will a hand towel do? I didnt want to move rooms, as I would have to wake my kids up and repack everything at almost 11pm, we were exhausted. Just really not pleased with this hotel, especially for what we paid. It was NOT cheap....I would have expected to pay half of what we did for this room. I did do a chat with expedia, as well as tell the front desk. Not sure what will come of this matter. I have tried to add photos to this review, but the app isn't letting me.
