「Great place to stay」

「Walked in to check in, lady at desk started to yell at me because im cheap, didnt pay enough for my room. I dont have any thing to do with the price, i got the price that expedia gave me. Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed. So the guy at the desk moved our room Had to put a $50 smoking deposit for the room When i checked out and wanted my $50 back, at 7;30 am the lady at the desk was very rude again. We didnt smoke in the room. Most things were good, room was nice. Just a rude...

「I didn’t like the fact that the towels were dirty looking, pillows were a disgrace, dead roaches and bugs behind dresser where the tv is. The roomed was a non-smoking but smelled as if it was a smoking room. 」

「Front desk clerk, Tami Smith, was attentive to details of room requests, efficient and very helpful and professional. Our room was clean, well supplied and very comfortable. Would stay here any time we are in town. 」

「Check in was easy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property isn’t perfect but it’s not as awful as some reviewers posted. It’s clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stay of a day or two. 」
