The rooms were not clean and the lobby, elevator and hallways had a bad smell. The rim we were booked to stay was not very clean and we had too be put into a different room. I didn't have the breakfast because I was not sure about the quality. So can't speak to that

Hotel hallways/elevator were dirty as if had not been cleaned in weeks. AC in room did not work. Toilet filler valve was not working, made a 20 minute high pitch “scream” while it filled.

We lasted about 30 min on the property before we left. Outdated rooms, dirty carpet, stained lamp shades, wierd moldy smell that they were covering up with different scents. People smoking weed at front entrance, housekeeping was vaping while cleaning rooms. NOT a family oriented place. Manager not on site but did refund our 3 night stay. We got our refund and couldn't get out of there quicker.

Our first room didn't have a working shower, nor was it supplied with any towels. When we asked for towels, they gave us more floor mats and hand towels - not actual bath towels. The room stank, there was mold in the bathroom and a drink left from a previous guest in the fridge. We asked to change rooms. DURING our stay in the new room, they came into our room and REMOVED the towels we hadn't even used and didn't leave us any new ones!! The breakfast was abysmal (water in the eggs, the Orange juice was red.) In the workout room, the treadmill didn't work and there was dripping water from the ceiling. Not to mention there were literally hookers in the lobby.

The amenities were excellent, but the room service was disappointing. I noticed a bug near my room door and asked the housekeeper, who was standing nearby, to take care of it. She seemed unhappy and told me to contact the front desk next time. The following day, the housekeeper did not return to service the room, which made the experience less comfortable.

During check in I was told that a $50.00 fee would be charged to the bill and refunded after checking out. This information wasn't provided while making reservations online. Upon checking into the hotel, I was given room 211. The room has visible Mold in the bathroom around light switch and wall plug in outlet. The carpet is badly worn and the tile in the bathroom has cracks in it. Mold can make customer sick Mold exposure can cause a wide range of symptoms, from respiratory issues and skin irritation to fatigue, brain fog, and neurological effects. I expected much better conditions for the rates that are charged at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

Very outdated overall. Room was dirty and stained. Dirt and dust piled in corners, stains on carpet, furniture and sheets. Bathtub was disgusting. My daughter literally cried and wanted to leave immediately…unfortunately it was late and we had no option. We ended up sleeping on our own blankets that we brought from home. Room felt damp and humid.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM FROM THIS PLACE!!!! This was by far the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever set foot in. The lobby smelled bad when we first walked in, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We then entered the elevator, and it smelled like wet dog, and the floor had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Once we got in our room, we quickly discovered it was nasty as well. The floor clearly had not been vacuumed, and the carpet was so stained the random "designs" in it couldn't hide the multitude of stains. It was so stained, the carpeted floor was actually sticky. If that wasn't bad enough, when we checked out the bathroom, we discovered several pubic hairs on the floor. We immediately checked out, and the receptionist tried to deny our refund. She eventually relented, saying she would refund it, but it has been over a week, and I still haven't gotten my money back.
