"I booked this homestay for my Indonesian friends, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with suspicion and disrespect. The receptionist questioned whether the reservation was really theirs and tried to verify their phone number unnecessarily, even though it clearly matched the booking.
When they checked in, there was only one towel and a tiny bar of soap for two people—completely inadequate. Thankfully, they had brought their own towels. The staff handed them a price list for...
