Location was good but really noisy as was in the middle of town. Was close to beach. The things I disliked was our toilet would not flush , we told staff at the front deck we don’t know if anyone came but it wasn’t fixed and we had to bucket water down after we went to the toilet. 「Unfortunately this property is not well maintained. Especially bathrooms. In urgent need of refurbishment especially if property wants to continue charging current prices. Also advertising of what is available. For example stating there will be a turndown service etc. when there is none, bottled water available daily is infact a large bottle in kitchen. No jug initally for boiling water for tea or coffee and coffee filters supplied but no coffee maker. The staff on site during day do there best...

「Bed was comfortable, very convenient for the beach, with great dining options out the front door and on beach with multiple vendors available with beach dining. Room was nice, bathroom was very old, no hot water and very basic, but it was clean and did not smell.」

We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. 「Take 20mins walk from Legian main street.The location is a bit distant from seminyak and Kuta, need to take a taxi. The villa is nice and comfortable. Pool is lovely. No air conditioner in the bathroom so the shower during daytime is not so comfy. We enjoyed its in-room dining and spa service. The staff is friendly and helpful.」
