I've been to Bali many times, but this is one of my favorite hotels. The hospitality was excellent and they responded to our requests with a smile. It's one of the hotels I'd like to stay at again with my family. Breakfast was a buffet, but there was a lot to choose from and the food was delicious. It was also ideal because you could access the ocean directly from the main pool. This is a hotel I would recommend. I'd like to stay at again with my family.

Had a great stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, with lots of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I’ve stayed here 6 times. It’s always been really good. Try and get to breakfast before 9am otherwise you’ll need to queue. Staff are always friendly. I’ll be back again later in the year.

We've stayed at the Padma in their beautiful garden club chalets four or five times, and every time, we've been impressed with the service and the staff. The gardens are fantastic, filled with frangipani trees and fish ponds stocked with koi (and some turtles). The sculptures in the gardens are also amazing.
