Amazing staff, all very kind and welcoming. Buffet always nice, but could do with a bit more variety or to change it up each day. Only negative was that the jacuzzi felt the same temperature as the main pool. Other than that good location for a relaxing holiday, good shops, bars and clubs nearby.

Liked: Staff & service
The spa on the 4th floor had missing tiles in the pool, the water wasn’t crystal clear like it should be and the pillows and mattress’s on the furniture were dirty and not well maintained. Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms were basic and shower leaked.
Nice place. Good location. Breakfast a little odd but similar to other priced places.
Rooms were bourses than all other places we have stayed. From roadside noise but also from rooms above - unusual when most places are concrete but somehow noise travelled in this hotel.
Excellent value for money accommodation in a central location within 5-10 min walk to anywhere like the beach, cafes & restaurants. Probably not your go to for a family or luxury based holiday but if you’re looking for value for money then this is the place for you.
Solia is the only place I stay in Bali. As a solo traveller the rooms are perfect. The staff are so friendly and beautiful. I feel safe. Highly recommend for solo traveller.
Very nice hotel and staff but and there is always a but found the beds and pillows har. We had a pool access rm which was lovely but the outside traffic noise was terrible up to about 2am then started up again around 5am so not much sleep. Wondered why there were ear plugs supplied. Maybe any other room on the other side of the hotel may have been a lot quieter cheers 🍻
Staff were very welcoming always using eye contact and smiling. Fantastic location to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, overall. Only downside was mosquitoes in the hallways. But that maybe due to climate change. Breakfast buffet was different every morning so that was nice. We were happy and would recommend or come back again.
The property was in a great location with a lot of amenities nearby. Great staff- very friendly and polite and really helpful! Very much appreciated! Would easily recommend the Solia!
